   On behalf of the Chinese Government and in my own name, I would like to extend my warm congratulations and sincere wishes to Your Excellency, and through Your Excellency, to the Israeli Government on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the People’s Republic of China and the State of Israel.

   We are glad to see that the friendly and cooperative relations between our two countries has developed continuously and has made considerable progress in every field after the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Israel 10 years ago. The potentiality in cooperation between China and Israel is great and promising. I want to reiterate here that the Chinese Government would like to make joint effort with Israeli Government to promote the friendly exchange of cooperation between China and Israel in various fields.
